Active Slot Auto Migration

It would be helpful if when active slots are full it could retire others if needed and configured to do so. The problem that arises is that if one’s slots fill up with seeds they can no longer download anything even if they’d be fine with some things on auto getting dropped to make space. It is unfortunate that the only path I’ve found to avoiding downloads getting blocked by seeding is to turn off seeding entirely.
