Allow WebDAV Organization

With my previous service I subscribed to they allowed for re-organizing my downloaded files. This is extremely helpful in applications such as Infuse where you add content to the app via directories.

Currently we must either add the root folder, or every single new torrent to an application.

I would suggest allowing us to organize our webdav contents into directories. On the backend of course these would still just be references to the original files, but each account can organize these references as they please.
