[BUG] Torrents seeding while set to never.

As the title says. This just started happening yesterday, didn't have this issue earlier in the week.

Both under website and integration settings it's turned off. I noticed it with torrents added through stremio for sure, haven't verified a manual add.

Would be nice to see a solution from another post about having separate slots for seeding so it doesn't interfere with getting queued downloads started when a torrent finishes downloading.

This would also help with torrents not being counted as cached until they're done seeding.
