Filter out dead torrents

Just an idea it would be nice if Torbox could automatically filter out and remove torrents with poor availability - Such as those with very low seeder counts or unrealistically long ETAs (several years) - Indexer sometimes report incorrect seeding ratios, resulting in torrents getting stuck with multi-year ETAs and never completing.
