Newznab language as newznab:attr

https://search-api.torbox.app/newznab returns language as a unique tag rather than a

newznab:attr. A consequence of this is that language is not passed through NZBHydra2 because even though it’ll forward newznab:attrs it doesn’t forward non-standard tags. I don’t believe there would be any issues with the attr and the tag being duplicated.

It would also be nice if there was a subs attribute, but more important to me is first getting language to work at all with Hydra.
