torrent timedout cannot be restarted

It has been suggested to reannounce. This is not in the dots menu once the torrent has a red label time out. Reannounce is only available to active torrents. There is only delete torrent then add it again. All progress is lost. If the same ip address is used in the seedcloud as a client we fear speeds are slower each failed attempt. Provide a way to extend time for LARGE (video) torrents, or update support documents on reality of limitations. Don’t only do that second thing.
